Hi everyone, thank you for having me here! Excited to do this AMA š My name is Omar and I’m the head of TKO International.
I’m also spearheading T-HUB Project, soon to be the first offline crypto hub in Asia!

Q2) Please tell us about TKO Token in detail?
Omar:
TKO is an utility exchange token issued by Tokocrypto which is the no.1 crypto exchange in Indonesia. TKO offers trading fee discounts, airdrop entitlement, merchandise redemption, and other incentives to its users. For Indonesians, TKO can be used for the payment of the 0.1% trading fees for crypto transactions undertaken through Tokocrypto. For global users, TKO offers the opportunity to earn passive income through staking platforms such as PancakeSwap and ForTube.
Additionally, global NFT fans can use their TKOs to exchange for NFTs on our recently launched TokoMall which is the first multi-category NFT marketplace in Indonesia that allows NFT fans from Indonesia and around the world to tap into Indonesia’s rich and diverse cultural heritage by serving as a bridge connecting these fans with Indonesia’s NFT metaverse.

Q3) How is TKO different and better than other Coin?

TKO’s unique hybrid token model which combines the best of CeFi and DeFi is the first of its kind in the market. The CeFi elements of TKO take the form of TKO programs such as TKO Daily Quest, TKO Lockings & Staking, TKO Learn & Earn on centralized platforms such as Tokocrypto, Kriptoversity and Binance whereas the DeFi elements of TKO involve the integration of TKO with third-party DeFi platforms via farming pools, lending & borrowing.

Our final goal for TKO is to be the token which supports a holistic ecosystem comprising an umbrella of CeFi and DeFi products, backed by Tokocrypto’s mobile app and ecosystem. It is not a small goal to hit, but we’re definitely heading towards the right direction!!
The TKO community can look forward to this being achieved by the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2022.

Q5) Partnerships are extremely important for any project to grow and shine in the sky! So can you tell us some of your recent partnerships and also how do you plan to make it better?
Omar:
I agree completely, partnerships are key for projects to go up up and up!
Our main partnership is with Binance which is the world’s largest crypto exchange by trading volume whereby this partnership dates back to May 2020. With Binance as our partner, we have been able to leverage Binance’s state-of-the-art blockchain network which offers utmost security and unparalleled flexibility to issue TKO whereby this allows TKO users to benefit from Binance’s fast expanding ecosystem which offers a wide range of best in class crypto-based services.
In addition, we recently have partnered with PancakeSwap and ForTube to offer staking options for TKO holders and we plan to offer more of such options for TKO holders moving forward, so do stay tuned!!!

How is Toko Token (TKO) development going? Can you describe in detail the current development efforts, the market expansion plans, the expected applications and when they will be commercially available?

TKO’s development is very much going according to the plan as set out in the roadmap of its lite paper. TKO’s first major milestone was achieved on the very day it was launched on the Binance Launchpad i.e. on 7 April 2021 which resulted in a record-breaking 50,000% over subscription from 201,406 individuals, with a total of 10,502,201 BNB (approximately USD4 billion in value based on the price of BNB on 7 April 2021) subscribed for the launch. Besides that, we have also successfully hosted the IBW <> BSC Summit 2021 in March and more recently the T.K.O Summit 2021 in July.

Currently, we are working on expanding the reach of our TokoMall which is using TKO as the instrument of exchange. In terms of our market expansion plans, other than Indonesia which is TKO’s home ground, TKO is achieving highly impressive trade volume in China, Russia, Vietnam and Singapore, so these are the international markets in which we are looking to expand the global user base of TKO.

Our official TKO token global announcement TG channel has 26k+ subscribers whereas our official TKO token global discussion TG channel has 62k+ subscribers (@tkogroupofficial).
Every customer of Tokocrypto and every user of TKO forms an intrinsic and indelible part of our ecosystem whereby we constantly and continuously engage our customers and users to gather their thoughts, ideas and feedback which we would then incorporate as part of the formulation of our operational policies particularly in terms of the direction which we are looking to chart the development of our ecosystem.
In this manner, every customer of Tokocrypto and every user of TKO has a hand in building our ecosystem and therefore are our partners. In order to encourage them to continue contributing, we have a host of engagement activities in the form of polls, quizzes and other mini-games conducted through our social media platforms to obtain their input and reward them for it.

DeFi is certainly a rising star in the crypto sphere. In many ways, DeFi brings to fruition the latent potential of cryptocurrencies as a financial tool whereby this is giving the traditional centralized financial system a run for its money. The exponential growth of DeFi can only be good for the crypto market as it showcases the immense interest in DeFi investments as well as the seemingly infinite possibilities of the DeFi domain in general.

Covid-19 has a bad impact in almost every sector. So, as a crypto projects how did it affect you? How you and your team have done the work in the pandemic?
Omar:
As crypto sphere exists in the digital realm, cryptocurrencies such as TKO has not been materially impacted by the pandemic. If anything, TKO has grown a lot amidst the current crisis
Therefore we are committed to help and really give back to the community..
In the beginning of course it was slightly awkward to have all the works done online, but same like everyone else I think after a while we managed š Just need to tell ourselves to stand up from our seats and stretch from time to time haha

This is a good one!
There is certainly a lot of potential in Asia’s crypto landscape given the region’s economic growth. TKO serves as Tokocrypto’s launchpad into ASEAN market and we are proud to call this region home..
We have team members from & currently working from ASEAN countries, we also have good relationships ASEAN crypto communities & media..
Our previous TKO summit was also centered towards asian expansion, mainly discussing matters about growth, regulations, exciting projects from ASEAN nations
